doctor. They are adjusted each year and are always available for your perusal.
Please always check before having any procedure or prolonged consultation.
Charging to third parties (such as bulk billing, WorkCare, DVA and the Motor Accidents
Board) are generally not provided, but may be made available after prior arrangement
with your doctor.
